According to an official spokesperson, the case FIR No. 18/2025 under Section 13(1)(b) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018), was registered at Police Station ACB Jammu following a verification into allegations that the accused had amassed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
