Arvind holds meeting at Anand Nagar for ward development

JAMMU, Oct 5: MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta, convened a detailed meeting today with the Anand Nagar Welfare Committee to discuss the development of the Ward No 41 and address various civic issues raised by residents.
The meeting, aimed at fostering dialogue between elected representatives and local stakeholders, saw the participation of committee members and party leaders committed to the welfare of the community.
During the meeting, Arvind Gupta listened to concerns regarding infrastructure development, sanitation, road maintenance, water supply, and other essential civic amenities.
He assured the attendees that the Government is committed to addressing local issues promptly and implementing development projects for the overall betterment of the Ward.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Arvind Gupta said, “It is vital for us to stay connected with the people and understand their concerns firsthand. Meetings like these enable us to prioritize development work, ensure transparency, and involve the community in decision-making. I assure all residents of Anand Nagar that their issues will be addressed on a priority basis and developmental initiatives will be undertaken in a timely manner.”
The meeting was attended by prominent leaders and Committee members including Sanjay Baru (ex corporator), Anil Angral (Mandal president), Jatin Sethi (senior leader), Suresh Sharma (president Anand Nagar Welfare Committee), K.L. Sharma, Savita Manhas, Kali, Lokesh, and all other members of the Welfare Committee.
Discussions also focused on long-term planning for the Ward, strengthening community participation, and ensuring proper execution of ongoing projects. Committee members expressed their appreciation for the proactive engagement of Arvind Gupta and highlighted the need for coordinated efforts between elected representatives and local organizations to improve civic facilities.
The meeting concluded with a consensus to work collectively for the development of Anand Nagar, ensuring sustainable growth, better infrastructure, and enhanced living standards for the residents.
