“The Business Rules file has been pending before the Lieutenant Governor for many months. We have fulfilled many election promises but approval has been held up as the files are pending with the LG,” he said.
The Deputy CM said the industrialists have been claiming scams in the Industrial Policy. There have been reports of illegal mining. Bridges and roads were washed away in recent floods but no inquiry has been held. If we ask for inquiry, the LG gets angry, he added.
He hoped that the Supreme Court will restore Statehood to Jammu and Kashmir so that the Chief Minister is empowered and schemes get implemented.
