JAMMU: In the Inter-Zonal Athletics meet held on October 10, 2025 at University of Jammu, Team JKPS (Boys) won six gold, five silvers and two bronze medals.
The winners are Antriksh Bhagat, gold medal in Javelin, and silver medal in Short Put. Advik Jyotir, gold medal in High Jump and bronze medal in Long Jump. Lovish Rattee, gold medal in Discus Throw and bronze medal in Short Put. Adresh Verma, silver medal in Triple Jump. Suryavansh, silver medal in Javelin Throw. Digvijay Singh, gold medal each in Long Jump and High Jump. Mustafeed, gold medal in 100 meters. Ashray, silver medal each in 100 Mtrs and 400 Mtr.
In the Inter-Zonal Athletics meet held on 11 Oct 2025 at University of Jammu, Team JKPS (Girls) won 11 Gold, 02 silvers and 01 Bronze Medal.
The winners are Ananya, gold medal each in Discus Throw and Shot Put. Mannat, gold medal in 100 mtrs and silver medal in Long Jump. Deewanshi, silver medal in Short Put and bronze medal in 600 mtrs. Charanpreet, gold medal in 200 mtrs. Karman, gold medal each in 100 mtrs and Long Jump. Aakrity Singh, gold medal each in short put and Discus Throw. Gouri Salaria, gold medal in 400 mtrs. Payal, gold medal each in 200 mtrs and Long Jump.
Director JK Educational Society, Shashi Chaudhary and the Principal JK Public School Kunjwani, Rajesh Rathore congratulated the winners and felicitated them in the School Assembly. They also lauded the hard work of School Coach Shiv Dev Singh and HOD (Sports) Subash Chander for preparing the students for the competitions.
