JAMMU, Oct 13: Workers of Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) here today staged a protest demonstration under the leadership of their president, Sunil Dimple demanding the restart of full-fledged Darbar Move from November this year.
The protesters included a large number of traders.
Dimple asked all the traders, transporters, hoteliers and others to support the struggle for the restart of Darbar Move.
He said that the direct train from Delhi to Katra and then to Srinagar has badly affected the business of Jammu as tourists visiting Jammu have been reduced.
The MSJK leader also demanded for the restoration of Statehood to J&K with special status and introduction of a bill in J&K Legislative Assembly to ban the sale of liquor in J&K.
He further demanded unification of J&K with Ladakh, PoJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Sachin Soi, Rupesh Bhat, Arjun, Anmol, Ravinder Mishra, Mohan Lal Sharma, Shridhar, Badal Sargotra, Parveen Bali, Raj Kumar, Rohit Gulati and many other were also present in the protest.
