The author of this fascinating 350 plus pagebook on Astro Gem-Therapy, Dr Maharaj Krishen Peer, is a scientist with varied interests. He is a cytogeneticist by training, an accomplished teacher of plant sciences by profession and a serious researcher and practitioner of astrology and of the magic of precious and semi-precious stones that are used with scientific precision for healing both body and mind. He ascribes his knowledge and acquisitions into the realm of stars, planets, constellations and healing gemstones to some divine power.
The branch of astrology dealing with disease and medical problems is called medical astrology. The author calls it divine science of Jyotisha that has immense practical utility in our lives. As reader goes through the revelations in the book it is abundantly clear that all postulates have scientific backing.
Astro gem-therapy is an alternate traditional system of medicine which includes astral counselling.
