JAMMU, Oct 22: The Wrestling Association of Jammu & Kashmir is set to organize the Senior Men and Women Wrestling Championship on October 25 and 26 at the Jammu University Wrestling Hall. The event is being conducted in collaboration with the Directorate of Sports & Physical Education, University of Jammu, and under the auspices of the Wrestling Federation of India, J&K Sports Council, and J&K Olympic Association.
Wrestlers born in 2005 are eligible to participate, while those born in 2006 and 2007 may also compete upon providing medical and parental certificates. All participants must be residents of Jammu & Kashmir.
Winners in each weight category will represent Jammu & Kashmir at the National Wrestling Championship scheduled from December 12 to 14, 2025, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
