JAMMU, Oct 28: A woman drug peddler was arrested with heroin-like substance, cash, and a weighing machine in Rajiv Nagar area here today, officials said.
Isha of Rajiv Nagar was arrested from Boot Polish Mohalla with 8 grams of heroin, Rs 1330 cash, and a weighing machine by a team of police officers led by SHO Bahu Fort, they said.
The accused has been accordingly booked in case FIR number 311/2025 under sections 8/21/22/27A of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and further investigation taken up, officials said.
