Sahai joins Czech Republic National Day function

NEW DELHI, Oct 30: Rahul Sahai, Chairman, Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Jammu & Kashmir, attended the celebration of the National Day of the Czech Republic held at the Czech Embassy in New Delhi.
The event was hosted by Eliska Zigova, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to India, and Peter Ziga, and witnessed the gracious presence of ambassadors from various countries, senior diplomats, industrialists, and other eminent citizens of India.
During the occasion, Sahai presented an idol of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi to Eliska Zigova as a token of goodwill and cultural respect from the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. He explained the significance of Maa Durga, the Goddess symbolizing strength, protection, and prosperity, and extended a warm invitation to the Ambassador to visit Jammu & Kashmir.
He also shared insights from his recent visit to Brno, Czech Republic, where he attended the MSV International Engineering Fair-one of Europe’s leading industrial exhibitions. He highlighted the immense opportunities for collaboration between Czech industries and J&K’s emerging manufacturing and engineering sectors, particularly in areas such as automotive components, machinery, technology transfer, and skill development. Sahai emphasized that partnerships between Czech companies and J&K entrepreneurs can lead to mutually beneficial outcomes in technology, renewable energy, education, and tourism.
