Srinagar, Oct 31: The Legislative Assembly today witnessed a brief audio breakdown for the second time during the ongoing session.
The glitch occurred soon after the proceedings began in the morning.

As the issue surfaced, Assembly staff were seen rushing with individual microphones to assist members, particularly those seated in the back benches.
A similar audio snag had occurred earlier during the session, which was later rectified.
Since then, the technical staff has been conducting routine checks of the microphone system every morning before the session begins.
Despite all systems appearing functional before Friday’s sitting, the microphones in the back rows failed as soon as the session commenced, prompting immediate intervention by the staff.
The House, however, continued its business with minor disruption, and the technical fault was subsequently rectified.
