JAMMU, Nov 18: The Delhi Police has issued an order transferring three IPS officers—Sukant Shailja Ballabh, Krishan Kumar, and Kamal Pal Singh Malhotra—to Jammu & Kashmir with effect from April one, 2026.
These officers, currently serving in different capacities in Delhi, have been relieved to join their new postings in J&K as part of a reshuffle approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
