JAMMU, Nov 20: Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences & Hospital, Jammu, is hosting GISICON 2025, the 10th Biennial National Conference of the Gastrointestinal Infection Society of India, on 21st-22nd November 2025.
Themed “Brain-Gut Axis – Two Lane Expressway,” the event will explore the intricate links between the gut and brain. Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh will inaugurate the conference, with Dr M S Khuroo gastroenterologist of international fame delivering the keynote address.
The event will feature interdisciplinary sessions, workshops, and over 300 delegates nationwide. Supported by Serum Institute of India & JKSTIC, GISICON 2025 aims to foster scientific dialogue and advance gastrointestinal and neurogastroenterology research.
