REASI, Nov 22: A 22-year-old youth, identified as Amreek Singh, son of Omkar Singh and a resident of Talwara Colony, drowned in Chenab river in the Jheri area of Reasi on Saturday. He had gone to the area along with a group for labour work.
Soon after receiving the information, police teams launched a search operation in the river. However, the body could not be traced till the last reports came in. Pouni police has taken cognizance of the matter.
