Jammu, Nov 29: The Jammu and Kashmir Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court, has designated 20 District and Sessions Courts across the Union Territory as Special Courts to ensure speedy trial of offences under the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.
