KATRA, Dec 1: A shepherd was knocked to death by a speeding truck at Dhirti Kakryal area, here today.
The deceased was identified as Lal Din, 32 years, son of Mohd Fareed, resident of Dhirti Kakryal. He was hit by a truck bearing registration number JK02DK-1310, which also killed some goats.
The body was later shifted to CHC Katra for postmortem. Police have registered a case in this connection.
