JAMMU, Dec 2: The Public Works (R&B) Department has accorded sanction to the constitution of an inquiry Panel that will probe into the charges levelled against then Managing Director (MD), Jammu and Kashmir Project Construction Company Limited (JKPCCL).

While Chief Engineer, DIQC, J&K and Superintendent Engineer in the office of the Engineer-in-Chief shall be the members of the inquiry Panel, Neeru Chadha, Company Secretary, JKPCCL, shall be the Presenting Officer in the instant case.
As per an order, the Presenting Officer will present the case before the inquiry committee, which in turn will submit its report within 30 days with clear recommendations.
