JKMEF constitutes new organizational body

JAMMU, Dec 3: Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation (JKMEF) today constituted a new organizational body for employees of the Directorate of Health Services (DHS) Complex with a focus on improving service delivery and strengthening staff welfare.
The body was formed during a meeting held under the presidentship of Jaswinder Singh, where various issues concerning the employees were discussed, including the need to form a dedicated panel for those working in the DHS Complex.
The new body comprises Parminder Sharma as president, Mohd Salim as working president, Swarn Singh as chairman, Rakesh Kataria and Rohit Vohra as advisors, Anil Sharma as senior vice president, Pawan Sharma, Surinder Bakshi and Surinder as vice presidents, Chandan Singh as general secretary, Rochika Sharma, Sourab Bakshi, Sanjeet Bakshi and Sahil as secretaries, Ghar Singh as joint secretary and Kulraj as publicity secretary.
The newly formed team resolved to work with dedication to safeguard the rights of employees and address their welfare needs, with the JKMEF leadership expressing confidence that the restructured body would play a proactive role in ensuring better coordination and addressing staff-related issues within the DHS Complex.
Senior JKMEF leaders-Sushil Sudan (chairman), Prafulat Singh (general secretary), Mohd Nadeem (general secretary), Harpal Singh (president X-Ray Technician), Kulwant Singh, Tejinder Singh and Bharat Bhushan (president, Pharmacists Association)-were present in the meeting.
