JAMMU, Dec 11: The Jal Shakti Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the placement of 11 Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) as Incharge Executive Engineers (XENs) and simultaneously transferred 21 Incharge XENs, including the newly promoted officers.
