JAMMU, Dec 15: The Cycling Association of Jammu & Kashmir (CAJK) has selected two cyclists to represent the Union Territory in the 77th Senior, 54th Junior, and 40th Sub-Junior National Track Cycling Championships, scheduled from December 19 to 23rd December at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.
The selected cyclists are Bilal Ahmed Dar (Senior Category) and Arfat Bashir (Junior Men’s Category). The selection trials were held at MA Stadium, Jammu, under the supervision of Iqbal Singh, District Sports Officer (DSO), Jammu, J&K Sports Council, with support from Anil Wadera and Joginder Kumar.
Senior office bearers of CAJK, including Om Parkash Sharma (General Secretary), Tajinder Singh (Treasurer) and SS Gill (Chief Coordinator), oversaw the trials.
