KATHUA, Dec 23: The Taekwondo Association of District Kathua (TADK) will organise the District Kathua Taekwondo Championships 2025-26 from December 25 to 26 at JDS Gurukul School, Kathua. The championship will be conducted under the aegis of the J&K Taekwondo Association and the J&K Sports Council, as part of the “My Youth My Pride” initiative.
The event will feature competitions in Sub-Junior, Cadet, Junior and Senior categories, offering young athletes an opportunity to showcase their talent, discipline and sportsmanship. The Association has assured that the championship will be conducted in a professional manner with strict adherence to rules and fair play.
As per guidelines, a JKTA Athlete License is mandatory for all participants, while Black Belt Certificates are compulsory for Senior athletes.
