JAMMU, Jan 2: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the regularisation of 13 Incharge Chief Accounts Officers and the promotion of 23 Junior Scale Accounts Officers as Chief Accounts Officers following the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee and the J&K Public Service Commission.
