JAMMU, Jan 2: The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has ordered the transfer of 1995 batch AGMUT cadre IPS officer SD Singh Jamwal and posted him as Director General of Police, Arunachal Pradesh, while 1996 batch IPS officer Mukesh Singh has been posted as Director General of Police, Ladakh, according to an official order.
