Zelenskyy proposes another 90-day extension of martial law, mobilization in Ukraine

KIEV, Jan 12 : Volodymyr Zelenskyy has submitted a proposal to the parliament to extend general mobilization and martial law in Ukraine for another 90 days.
Draft laws proposing the extension of martial law and mobilization from February 3 for an additional 90 days were registered on the Ukrainian parliament’s website on Monday.
Zelenskyy previously signed laws extending martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine for 90 days on October 30, until February 3. Ukraine has been under martial law since February 24, 2022, with Zelenskyy signing the decree on general mobilization the following day.
