Ranvijay Singh visits Gauri Shanker Temple in Arnas

JAMMU, Feb 4: Ranvijay Singh, Trustee of J&K Dharmarth Trust, today visited the historic Gauri Shanker Temple at Arnas in Reasi district in connection with the upcoming Maha Shivratri celebrations. The visit was aimed at reviewing arrangements and ensuring smooth conduct of religious activities during the auspicious festival.
During the visit, Ranvijay Singh took stock of the overall condition of the temple premises and reviewed facilities being put in place for devotees, including cleanliness, drinking water, lighting, and other essential amenities. He emphasised the importance of maintaining the sanctity of the shrine while ensuring convenience and safety for pilgrims expected to visit the temple during Maha Shivratri.
The Trustee interacted with temple functionaries and staff, issuing necessary directions to ensure that all arrangements are completed well in time.
After speaking on the occasion, Ranvijjay Singh reiterated the commitment of J&K Dharmarth Trust towards the preservation, maintenance, and development of ancient temples and religious institutions under its management. He said that the Trust is making sustained efforts to uphold religious traditions while improving infrastructure and facilities for devotees across Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that the J&K Dharmarth Trust remains dedicated to safeguarding the spiritual and cultural heritage of the region and continues to work for the welfare of devotees visiting temples under its care.
Land Record Officer, J&K Dharmarth Trust, accompanied the Trustee during the visit.
