JAMMU, Feb 12: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered the promotion of 4 officers in the Planning, Development and Monitoring Department with immediate effect.
As per a Government order, Riyaz Ahmad Romshoo and Ashu Gupta have been elevated from Director to Director General in the J&K Economics and Statistics (Gazetted) Service.
They have been placed in the Super Time Scale of Level-14 (144200–218200). Both officers will continue to work at their present place of posting till further orders.
In a separate order, Mohammad Iqbal and Yoginder Katoch have been promoted from Joint Director to Director in the J&K Economics and Statistics (Gazetted) Service.
They have been placed in the Special Scale of Level-13 (123100–215900) and will also continue at their current postings till further orders.
