Inner Wheel, AWWA Udhampur organize session on phone photography

UDHAMPUR, Feb 15: Inner Wheel Club Jammu and Army Women Welfare Association Udhampur conducted an engaging and informative session on the advantages of mobile photography for military families at the Chinar Complex.
This initiative was coordinated by Shiny Sharma, Regional President of the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA), whose collaboration and support contributed significantly to the program’s success.
Digital content creator Shalini Baisiwala served as the keynote speaker for this session. She provided valuable insights on the creative and responsible use of smartphones for photography. Through practical demonstrations, she elucidated concepts such as composition, lighting, angles, and editing techniques for capturing professional-quality images using mobile devices.
District Chairperson of Inner Wheel Club, Preeti Khajuria also addressed the attendees, highlighting the significance of preserving cherished memories by securely storing photographs on Google platforms for future reference. She underscored that while technology offers numerous benefits, it is essential to limit children’s exposure to excessive mobile phone use. She encouraged parents to monitor and regulate their children’s mobile phone usage to maintain a healthy balance between digital learning and real-life activities.
The session received widespread appreciation from all attendees, effectively conveying the message of utilizing technology wisely and responsibly.
