JAMMU, Feb 16: The selection trials for the U-19 boys’ cricket team of District Jammu commenced today at University of Jammu, organised by Department of Youth Services and Sports, Jammu.
As per handout issued experienced technical officials of the department have been deployed to ensure smooth conduct of the trials. The trials aim to provide a platform for young players to showcase their talent and compete for selection in the district team.
Approximately 50 students participated in today’s trials, representing various zones of District Jammu. The matches and assessments are being conducted by technical experts of the department, including Pankaj Sassan, Sandeepan Sharma, Jagtar Singh, Suresh Singh, Madan Mohan, Mukesh Sharma, along with other officials.
