UDHAMPUR, Feb 20: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai today presided over a meeting of the Building Operation Controlling Authority held at the Mini Conference Hall, DC Office Complex, Udhampur.
The meeting was attended by CEO Patnitop Development Authority, Virender Kumar Manyal, DFO Udhampur, SDM Chenani Dr. Ranjeet Singh Kotwal and several other officers from concerned departments.
The meeting primarily focused on reviewing and discussing pending cases for approval, including permissions related to the construction of new residential and commercial buildings, repair and renovation of existing structures and cases pertaining to the development of land by local hereditary residents.
During the deliberations, two cases were approved with specific conditions, particularly concerning changes in land use.
Deputy Commissioner directed the CEO PDA to conduct regular monthly BOCA meetings to ensure prompt disposal of citizen applications and timely decision-making on pending cases.
