JAMMU: In an administrative reshuffle, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha ordered the transfer and posting of 22 IAS officers across Jammu and Kashmir with immediate effect.
According to the order issued by M. Raju, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department, Ashwani Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 1992), awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD, has been posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Power Development Department. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Mining Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Dr. Ashish Chandra Verma, IAS (AGMUT: 1994), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Tourism Department, shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Shailendra Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 1995), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Agriculture Production Department, has been transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department; M. Raju, IAS (AGMUT: 2005), Commissioner/Secretary, GAD, shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
R Alice Vaz, IAS (AGMUT: 2005), awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD, has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department. She shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Information Department, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.
Yasha Mudgal, IAS (AGMUT: 2007), Commissioner/Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department; Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Commissioner/Secretary, Science and Technology Department, as Commissioner/Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department; Dr. Piyush Singla, IAS (AGMUT: 2012), Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department, shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Public Grievances Department, in addition to his own duties.
Babila Rakwal, JKAS, Commissioner/Secretary, Cooperatives Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Science and Technology Department; Anjali Sehrawat, IAS (AGMUT: 2013), awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD, has been posted as Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission vice Khurshid Ahmad Shah, JKAS, who shall await further orders of posting in the GAD.
Nidhi Malik, IAS (AGMUT: 2013), Deputy Commissioner Reasi, has been transferred and posted as Inspector General of Registration, J&K vice. Bashir Ahmad Bhat, IRS (2014), who shall await further orders in the GAD.
Owais Ahmed, IAS (AGMUT: 2014), Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir, holding additional charge of the post of Special Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Skill Development, J&K. He shall continue to hold the additional charge of the post of Special Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
