SAMBA, Feb 20: BJP J&K UT vice president and Parbhari of district Samba, Rekha Mahajan addressed a district-level workshop organised in Samba under the ongoing ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan-2026’.
The workshop witnessed the participation of Rashpal Verma, vice president, Gopal Mahajan State general secretary, Arun Sharma State secretary, Seh Prabhari, Manmohan Singh, DDC Chairman, Keshav Dutt, DDC, Balwan Singh, DDC, Shilpa Dubey, Anita Choudhary, Sanghtan Mantri Inderjeet Sharma, district general secretary, Amit Dubey, Rakesh Sambyal, district team, Mandal presidents, district & Mandal Incharges of Programme, district Morcha presidents were present in the programme to strengthen organisational skills and discuss the party’s vision and outreach programmes.
The workshop, conducted as part of the nationwide campaign of the Bharatiya Janata Party, aimed to equip party workers with leadership qualities, communication strategies, and effective public engagement methods.
During her address, Rekha Mahajan highlighted the importance of continuous training and ideological awareness for strengthening the party at the grassroots level.
She emphasised that the Prashikshan Mahabhiyan is not only about organisational development but also about nurturing responsible leadership committed to public service and nation-building.
Stressing the relevance of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s philosophy of integral humanism, she encouraged participants to work with dedication, discipline, and a spirit of service while connecting with people at the grassroots. Rekha Mahajan further urged party workers to actively engage with local communities and address their concerns through constructive dialogue.
She said that well-trained and informed cadres play a crucial role in strengthening democratic values and ensuring effective implementation of developmental policies.
Gopal Mahajan highlighted the importance of strong grassroots coordination and active participation of party workers in organisational activities.
The workshop included interactive sessions focusing on organisational structure, communication skills, and strategies for effective outreach.
Participants discussed ways to expand the party’s presence at the booth level and strengthen coordination among different organisational units.
