JAMMU, Feb 22: Ravinder Sharma was elected as president of the Royal Nest Sapphire Apartments Owners Association (RNSAOA), Kunjwani Bypass, in a meeting held here today.
The association conducted its first General Body Meeting (GBM) today.
The meeting witnessed an overwhelming participation of approximately 125 apartment owners, reflecting a strong sense of unity, responsibility and commitment among residents toward the welfare and structured governance of the society.
During the meeting, eleven members of the management committee were elected unanimously.
The other elected members included Ravi Bhushan Gupta as vice-president, Rahul Khajuria as secretary, Dr Jagdish Singh as joint secretary and Raman Sharma as treasurer.
Pranav Gupta, Jitender Bakhri, Dr Roopma Gandotra, Dr Bhanu Kotwal, Ravi Kumar and Nagar Mal were elected as executive members.
Concluding the meeting, newly elected members assured that they will remain focused on collective problem-solving and aligned with the shared objective of safeguarding the interests of all residents of the Society.
RNSAOA is registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860.
