SAI, ESIC organize FIT India Cycling rally in Jammu

JAMMU, Feb 22: The Sports Authority of India (SAI), Sports Training Centre (STC) Jammu, organized the 62nd edition of “Sunday on Cycle” in collaboration with the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) under the aegis of the Fit India Movement today.
The cycling rally commenced from Maulana Azad Stadium and culminated at the University of Jammu. The initiative aimed to promote health awareness, physical fitness and workforce well-being in alignment with the vision of the Fit India Movement.
A large number of athletes, coaches, officials, staff members and fitness enthusiasts participated enthusiastically, showcasing strong community engagement and a shared commitment to an active lifestyle. Fit India T-shirts were distributed among participants, and refreshments were served at the conclusion of the rally.
The event was graced by Aman Sharma, HPD & Incharge, STC Jammu. ESIC officers Abhinandan Garg, Deputy Director and Rajinder Kumar, Assistant Director, were also present. Coaches and supporting staff of SAI STC Jammu extended full cooperation in ensuring the successful conduct of the event.
