JAMMU, Feb 23: The central body of the PHE Workers Welfare Association, Jammu Province was reconstituted with re-election of Rajesh Jamwal as the President.
Udeybir Singh has been inducted as the new General Secretary while Bakshi Singh and Subash Verma have been appointed as Chairman and Sangathan Mantri, respectively.
Other office bearers elected and assigned various portfolios included Sanjay Bali as Vice President, Sanjeev Gupta as Cashier, Ashok Dovgotra as Press Secretary, Vikram Singh as Secretary, Aman Sharma as Organiser Secretary, and Gurvinder Singh as Secretary.
Soon after the completion of the election process, Bakshi Singh, in his address, advised the newly elected office bearers to work with honesty and dedication for the welfare of the employees’ community. He emphasized that no stone should be left unturned to resolve the long-pending demands of both permanent employees and daily wagers of the Jal Shakti (PHE) Department.
