JAMMU, Feb 24: Government today placed 13 Incharge (I/c) Executive Engineers (XENs) as I/c Superintending Engineers (SEs) in public Works (R&B) Department and ordered their postings against available vacancies.
As per a Government Order issued today by the Department, I/c XENs Altaf Hussain, Aijaz Ahmad Shah, Arit Gupta, Girdhar Gopal Gourav, Asif Ullah Khan, Syed Ishfaq Ahmad, Ashaq Ahmad Ashaq, Tariq Ahmad Wani, Ashiq Hussain Matta, Zakir Hussain Zargar, Arvind Kumar Langey, Manzoor Ahmad Wani and Sunil Kumar Doga have been placed as I/c Superintending Engineers in their own pay and grade.

Consequently, Altaf Hussain has been posted as I/c SE JDA, Aijaz Ahmad Shah as I/c SE R&B Circle Reasi, Arit Gupta as I/c SE R&B Circle Jammu South whereas Girdhar Gopal Gourav shall continue in NHAI, on deputation, till further orders. Further, Asif Ullah Khan has been posted as I/c SE Jammu Municipal Corporation, Syed Ishfaq Ahmad as I/c SE PW(R&B) Circle Anantnag and Asha Ahmad Ashaq as I/c SE PW(R&B) Circle Pulwama-Shopian.
Tariq Ahmad Wani has been posted as I/c SE Srinagar Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Ashiq Hussain Matta as I/c SE Economic Reconstruction Agency Jammu, Zakir Hussain Zargar as I/c SE Rural Engineering Wing Jammu, Arvind Kumar Langay as I/c SE PW(R&B) Circle Poonch, and Manzoor Ahmad Wani as I/c SE PW(R&B) Circle Rajouri and Sunil Kumar Doga as I/c SE ERA Srinagar. Further Najmun Sahar (I/c SE R&B Circle Anantnag) has been transferred and posted as I/c SE PMGSY Circle Srinagar whereas Ashaq Ahmad Dar (I/c SE R&B Circle Pulwama-Shopian) has been transferred and posted as I/c SE DIQC.
