PUNE, Feb 24: Dr Avtar Singh, Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at Amandeep Hospital, in collaboration with Ujala Cygnus Healthcare Services, participated in an advanced Cadaver Product Training Program organized by Medtronic at the Symbiosis International University campus in Lavale, Pune.
The program brought together eminent orthopaedic experts from across the country and focused on advanced fracture management techniques, implant innovations and cadaver-based hands-on surgical training.
Representing Amandeep Hospital and the Ujala Cygnus Group, Dr Avtar Singh played a key academic leadership role during the event.
He delivered an insightful session on advanced plating techniques, sharing his vast clinical experience in managing complex orthopaedic trauma cases.
His active involvement in cadaveric demonstrations, along with interactive discussions and case-based learning sessions, received appreciation from participating surgeons.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Singh emphasized the importance of continuous learning in the medical field, stating that hands-on surgical training and academic engagement are crucial for refining techniques and improving patient outcomes.
