JAMMU, Feb 25: CGC University, Mohali today hosted the official press conference for India Knockout Nights, India’s first professional boxing championship.
Internationally acclaimed boxer Neeraj Goyat graced the occasion and interacted with the media. Speaking on the vision behind the championship, he underscored the need for credible and structured professional platforms to enable Indian boxers to compete at the global level and showcase their talent.
During the event, an impressive lineup of professional boxers was introduced during the interaction. The athletes stepping into the ring include AmitYadav, Nandini, Anit, Ankit Kumar, Ashish Siwatch, Deepak Tanwar, Jyoti, Kavi Kumar, Ritesh Bisht, Saksham Negi, Sandeep Nain, Shiksha, Vikas Chahal, Arshdeep Batth and Shweta. Organizers also shared key details regarding the format and competitive framework of the tournament.
