Jammu, Feb 27: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday inaugurated Goonj 2026, a unique two-day youth festival at the University of Jammu, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to empowering young minds across Jammu and Kashmir.
According to a post shared on X by the Office of the J&K LG, the festival aims to provide a distinctive platform for youth from diverse disciplines to come together and “create one future.” The event is designed to educate the mind, energise the body, and ignite innovation among participants.
The Lieutenant Governor emphasised that empowered youth shape the nation’s future, underlining the importance of intellectual depth, creative strength, and innovative leadership for national progress.
