Jammu, Feb 27: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday inaugurated Goonj 2026, a unique two-day youth festival at the University of Jammu, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to empowering young minds across Jammu and Kashmir.
According to a post shared on X by the Office of the J&K LG, the festival aims to provide a distinctive platform for youth from diverse disciplines to come together and “create one future.” The event is designed to educate the mind, energise the body, and ignite innovation among participants.
