He informed that still many Tempo Traveller vehicles pick passengers from outside of Jammu Railway Station, Jewel Chowk, Gumat, Amphalla, Bikram Chowk and many other places, which is affecting the normal picking of passengers from the allotted place.
“We hardly have one vehicle filled and we appeal the Deputy Commissioner of Jammu to intervene and solve the issue,” Verma said adding that the district administration should also construct a passenger shed at the allotted place for picking passengers.
He also said that many Tempo Traveller vehicle owners are suffering due to all this and they hardly earn from these vehicles to repay loan instalments.
