508th Nirvan Divas of Sant Kabir observed with great devotion

JAMMU, Mar 15: The 508th Nirvan Diwas of Sant Kabir was observed with great devotion and religious fervour at Shiromani Sant Kabir Bhawan, Village Sawankha. The programme was organised by the Shiromani Sant Kabir Bhawan Committee village Sawankha.
Dr. D. K. Manyal, MLA Ramgarh, graced the occasion as the chief guest. On the occasion, F. C. Bhagat, Chairman, Shiromani Sant Kabir Mission J&K (UT) spoke in detail about the timeless ideology and teachings of Sant Kabir, emphasizing the message of equality, humanity and social harmony.
He also expressed gratitude to Dr. D. K. Manyal for sanctioning and executing the construction of Community Hall worth Rs 15 lakh at Sadguru Kabir Bhawan, Sawankha, which will serve the community in the years to come.
Prominent personalities present on the occasion included Yash Pal Kundal former Minister, G. R. Bhagat, Sahil Bhagat, Prof. Ashok, Ashok Angurana, Manohar Lal Ex-district president and Manohar Lal, district president Samba, along with members of the committee and devotees.
The event concluded with prayers and a renewed commitment to follow the path of truth, unity and compassion as shown by Sant Kabir.
