JAMMU, Mar 15: The book “What Shapes Us When No One Is Watching”, authored by Shahid Ahmed Hakla Poonchi (a writer, columnist, independent researcher and motivational speaker) from Poonch district, was released during the literary event Jammu Vishwavidyalaya – Sahitya, Sanskriti, Samagam organized by the University of Jammu.
The book was released in the presence of prominent dignitaries including Prof Umesh Rai, JU Vice Chancellor; Prof Neelu Rohmetra, Dean Research Studies; Chander Kant, Gulab Saifi, Dr Dharmendra Singh, Prof M K Waqar, Dr Farooq Anwar Mirza, Prof Sadaf Shah (Coordinator of the event), and Dr Harsimran Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Punjabi, JU along with other dignitaries.
The book explores the unseen habits, thoughts, and choices that shape human character and personal growth, encouraging readers to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and purposeful living.
