JAMMU: JK Public School Kunjwani celebrated Grandparents’ Day with great enthusiasm and warmth creating a memorable experience for both students and their beloved grandparents.
The event was organized to honour the special bond between grandparents and grandchildren and to express gratitude for the love, wisdom, and guidance they provide. The celebration began with a warm welcome for all the grandparents, followed by a vibrant cultural programme presented by the young students.
The little performers delighted the audience with colourful dances, melodious songs dedicated to their grandparents. The joyful performances filled the atmosphere with happiness and pride. The smiles and applause from the grandparents reflected their love and appreciation for the children.

Adding a special touch to the celebration, the school organized a unique selection process for the Chief Guest. The names of all grandparents were placed in a bowl and the Chairman picked one chit at random. The selected grandparent was honoured as the Chief Guest for the event.
This thoughtful initiative ensured equal opportunity for all grandparents and made the event more engaging and meaningful.”
