JAMMU, Mar 18: BSP J&K here today announced a major organizational expansion and strengthening of its cadre with the joining of prominent social and political figures.
Senior leader Lok Nath resigned from Congress and joined the BSP and has been appointed as in-charge Hiranagar, where he will work to further strengthen the party at grassroot level.
In another significant development, Bansi Lal has been appointed as District president, Kathua to expand the party’s base.
The party also reassigned responsibilities to experienced leadership and former District president Kathua, Raman Kumar was appointed as State secretary, recognizing his dedication and contribution to the organization.
Apart from this, Retired Lecturer Vijay Kumar has also joined BSP.
BSP leadership expressed confidence that the newly appointed office bearers will work tirelessly to strengthen the party and serve the people with honesty and dedication.
Others present on the occasion were Sunil Mahajan, State Coordinator, Chamanji, vice president, Raja Singh, State general secretary and Tanseem, District president, Jammu.
