People have lost faith in both Congress, BJP in Himachal: AAP’s Sisodia

SHIMLA, Mar 22 : Former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia on Sunday reached Mandi in Himachal Pradesh and said that the people have lost faith in both Congress and BJP, and now the ‘AAP’ model is the only hope for the state.
Addressing the party workers during a convention organised at Mandi, he said that the party is going to make a place in the hearts of the people of Himachal Pradesh, and the party will work for a better healthcare, education and development model in the state.
“Over the past four years, the Congress government has pushed Himachal back by decades-neither are schools functioning properly, nor hospitals, and the government is even unable to pay its employees’ salaries,” Sisodia later said in a post on X.
“Now, leaders and volunteers of the Aam Aadmi Party in Himachal will go door-to-door, carrying the vision of staunchly honest politics and change, and will write a new chapter in Himachal’s history,” he added.
The elections to 68 seats in the state Assembly are due in the latter part of 2027.
AAP has never won a seat in either the Lok Sabha or state Assembly elections. (PTI)
