JAMMU, Mar 27: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued fresh guidelines for recording Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APRs) of gazetted officers for the financial year 2025–26 through the SPARROW online portal.
As per a circular issued by the General Administration Department, all designated custodians across departments have been directed to collect and upload required information of officers in a prescribed format to ensure timely generation and completion of APRs.
