JAMMU, Mar 27: Shaurya International School today organized a comprehensive career counselling session for students of Grades XI and XII. The session was conducted in the school’s multi-purpose hall and witnessed active participation from both students and their parents.
The interactive session was led by Principal Dr Swati Kapoor, who highlighted the significance of making informed academic choices at a crucial stage in a student’s career. She stressed the need for aligning subject streams with individual interests, aptitude, and long-term career aspirations, enabling students to take well-planned decisions for their future.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Kapoor also spoke about the challenges and anxieties commonly faced by students and parents, particularly in relation to provisional admissions and preparation for various competitive examinations. She provided detailed insights and practical guidance on how to approach the upcoming academic year in a structured and focused manner.
The session proved to be highly beneficial, offering clarity on career pathways and helping students gain confidence in their academic planning while ensuring parental involvement in the decision-making process.
