KATRA, Mar 29: General body meeting of Senior Citizens Welfare Forum Katra, was held today at Spiritual Growth Centre Katra.
The meet discussed about the programmes to be held, which include debate competition at Government High School,Sirla next month, picnic by the Forum on 9th of April and celebration of the Forum Raising Day in the month of May.
The meet also decided enhancement of annual subscription of the Forum from Rs 1,500/- to Rs 2,000/- from next financial year and holding only two monthly meeting instead of three to curtail the expenditures.
Welcome address was presented by Shiv Kumar Sharma. Sukhdev Singh, Vice President also spoke on the occasion. The meeting was attended by Kuldeep Khajuria, Sita Ram Dogra, Koushal Kumar Sharma , Kaka Ram Dogra, Sansar Chand and others.
