UDHAMPUR, Mar 31: Five passengers were injured when an auto rickshaw rolled down into a gorge at Gharian Dhanas Chenani.
According to the reports, Magic Auto, bearing registration number JK14G-2923, was on its way from Gharian Dhanas to Chenani near Gharian Dhanas when driver lost control over the vehicle, which rolled down.
Police and locals rushed to the spot and took the injured persons to Udhampur District Hospital. Their condition was stated to be stable.
The injured were identified as Gora Devi (90), wife of Bachittar Singh of Kalasar Chenani, Suneha Devi (16) daughter of Diya Lal of Chenani, Mahipal Singh (26) son of Baldev Singh of Nagulta Chenani, Pritpal Singh (35) son of Tara Singh of Kalasar and Parkash (66) son of Bashitru of Kalasar Chenani.
