Just months after the Russia-Ukraine war started in February 2022, Taiwanese president Tsai Ing-wen had asked her senior officials to find out how the Ukrainian forces were managing to successfully offset the advantages of a much more powerful foe. Tsai was eventually given a 77-page report which gave a clear answer: Drones.
