Leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Thursday said the opposition was forced to use the parliamentary tool of no-confidence motion to ensure that Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to the House and made a statement on the Manipur issue.”This is the power of no-confidence motion that the PM had to come to the House and speak on Manipur,” Adhir said as the Prime Minister reached the Lower House and took his seat.
