SRINAGAR, Sept 11: A suspicious IED (Improvised explosive device) like Object has been recovered on Monday early morning along National highway at Hanjiwera in Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Official said that a Suspicious Bag likely an IED has been found at National Highway in Hanjiwera area of pattan.
Subsequently a team of police, 29RR of the army, SSB and CRPF rushed to the spot.
Meanwhile Bomb Disposal Squad has been Called up to ascertain the object .
However, traffic has been halted on both sides of the Srinagar Baramulla national highway as a precautionary measure.
